The publisher of the Arab newspaper “Kul al-Arab” was released to house arrest Thursday afternoon. He had been accused of stealing information from a competing Arab newspaper, “A-Sinara,” using a computer virus. The newspaper's technology director will remain in jail until Sunday, police said.
